As a part of performing the Services for you, Palomar may provide Investigation Data and the applicable portion of the Registration Data to third party vendors assisting Palomar with the investigation (the “Vendors”). Palomar will only provide Investigation Data to Vendors who agree to comply with the terms and conditions of this Privacy Policy. Except as provided herein or permitted by law, Palomar will only disclose your Investigation Data to third parties upon receiving your express consent.

When information Palomar obtains is used by a prospective employer, landlord or insurer to deny a consumer’s application, the prospective employer, landlord or insurer may be obliged by law to provide you with notice of the adverse information. Palomar provides you with the ability to review, correct and delete any of the personally identifiable information that we have received that is demonstrated to be inaccurate or legally protected from disclosure to a prospective employer, landlord or insurer.
